Everything about plans.

What does "months free" mean?
When you join as a founding member, you get complimentary months before your first invoice — 1 month on Core, 2 months on Portfolio, 3 months on Estate. Solo is already free. That window is there so you can migrate your properties, build your workflows, and feel Seraia before paying. No credit card required during the free period.
What's the founding price-lock?
Your rate is locked at 25% off the standard pricing for as long as you stay a member — even as standard prices rise. It's not a promotional discount that expires: it's your rate, permanently. The longer you're on Seraia, the larger the real-terms saving becomes as we ship more of the platform and standard pricing reflects that value.
How does volume pricing work?
Volume discounts apply automatically based on how many properties you manage. 1–9 properties pay the standard rate; 10–49 properties get 15% off per unit; 50+ properties get 30% off per unit. There's nothing to activate — the rate adjusts as your portfolio grows. And if you're a founding member, the volume discount stacks on top of your locked founding rate.
Can I mix property types on one plan?
Yes — that's the point. Core and above support short-term lets, long-term tenancies, corporate stays, and serviced apartments all under one account, one calendar, one inbox. You're not penalised for a mixed portfolio; Seraia is specifically built for it.
What happens when you raise prices?
Founding members are never affected by standard price rises. If you joined in the founding cohort, your rate is fixed at 25% below whatever the standard price was when you signed up — and it stays there regardless of what happens to the public pricing page. New members joining after the founding cohort closes pay the full prevailing rate.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Never. Payments on Seraia run at cost — we pass through payment-processor fees without adding any margin. There are no per-booking fees, no OTA-style commission, and no hidden charges. You pay the flat monthly subscription, full stop.
