About this site
This site (early.seraia.app) is operated by Seraia (“Seraia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It is a pre-launch information and waitlist site for a property-management operating system currently under development.
By accessing this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nature of the service
Seraia is a pre-launch product. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for paid services, guarantee early access, or commit Seraia to any particular launch timeline or feature set.
Access to the Seraia product, when it becomes available, will be invite-led and subject to separate terms agreed at the time of onboarding. We reserve the right to change the order of access, the number of early slots, and any associated conditions at our sole discretion.
Founding-member offers
We may display indicative founding-member pricing or offer details (such as discounts or free months) on this site. These are expressions of intent, not binding offers. Any founding-member benefit will be formalised in a separate written agreement at the time you are granted access to the product and any payment is due.
We will endeavour to honour the spirit of any stated founding-member offer to qualified early-access recipients, but we cannot guarantee specific terms until a formal agreement is signed.
Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information when registering for the waitlist.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from this site without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure.
- Use the site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
- Resell, misrepresent, or fraudulently transfer waitlist positions.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Seraia name, wordmark, logo, brand identity, copy, illustrations, and code — is owned by or licensed to Seraia and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property law.
Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use our name, marks, or content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers
This site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Product descriptions, features, pricing, and timelines shown on this site reflect our current intentions and are subject to change. We do not warrant that the product will be launched, that specific features will be included, or that pricing will remain as indicated.
We do not guarantee that this site will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure from unauthorised access.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seraia and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this site shall not exceed £100. This limitation reflects that this is a free, pre-launch information site with no paid transaction between you and Seraia.
